183: Lessons Learned from The Running Lifestyle Show

This is one of those episodes where it’s you, me, and the mic. I specifically discuss TRLS episodes that have had the greatest impact on my life and why. All episodes feel like my babies, but these in particular contain habits and routines that I use:

  • Why to practice meditation, go outside, exercise, eat nutritious foods, prioritize sleep, be with your tribe, and how mindset affects everything

  • How we evolve, and how one thing that we love and did all of the time can become not so novel and have diminishing returns

Serena and I talk about intermittent fasting, the science behind it, why she doesn’t like it personally, and why I actually like it. It’s definitely one of those “every body is different” conversations.
