291: How to Use Your Feelings to Create Change

Last week was all about checking in with what’s been going on in your life in 13 areas. We took stock of what you’re grateful for, the three big lessons you learned (don’t be afraid to list more and look for patterns!), the three people you are especially grateful for, three things you learned about others, and three things you want to learn and/or improve on.

This week we’re shifting our focus to the emotions and feelings last week’s exercise churned up.

In today’s episode, we’ll cover:

  • How (and why) to take the time to tap into your feelings and emotions

  • What’s the difference between feelings and emotions

  • Being compassionate with yourself

  • How the brain likes to work

  • How to use these feelings to be your own “Chief Empowerment and Energy Officer”
