50: 50th Episode Celebration

Looking to run, but don’t know where to start? Or, perhaps you have run before, but you’re currently not running for a number of different reasons. This episode is going to show the behind-the-scenes view of what to do to start running and the roller coaster of starting a business you are passionate about. We then talk about putting something out there to the universe and seeing who and what comes in to your life.

You’ll recognize the guests of the show if you’ve been listening for awhile. Cheryl Brown, my friend who gave me the gift of running, discusses how to start and the impact one runner can have on the people around her/him. We also discuss the running scene in Chicago. Hint, it’s quite different from the running scene in a middle-sized city.

Meaghan Nana-Sinkam, my BRF (best running friend), talks about the behind-the-scenes look at starting a podcast, as she was literally with me for every step of the way.

Then our friend and favorite RD, Serena Marie, RD, comes on to chit chat about how we met (hello universe!!!!), how the podcast has affected our lives, and the fun times we have planned for friends of the Running Lifestyle Show.
