55: Nicole DeBoom

It’s the body image show. Today we’re talking about bodies, all shapes and sizes and how/why to live the healthiest lives we can. Looking for inspiration to take your passion and turn it to your career? Then you’ll really be inspired when you hear how Nicole DeBoom, took her great idea of wanting to look feminine while training, and created a whole women’s movement in sports apparel.

Nicole and I basically “go for a run” and chat like women do when you’re out for a run. So what does that mean? Well, you’ll hear, and you’ll probably be able tell, we spoke once before our interview. I felt a connection with her because we both grew up two hours away from each other, like to talk about male swimmer bodies (umm, I’m serious), we believe in “willing it to happen” (I call it intention or throwing it out to the universe), and our deep gratitude for Kathrine Switzer. Come for a fun run with us. I promise you plenty of girl talk along the way. And guys, you can listen too. :-)
