62: Rock 'n' Roll DC Half Marathon Recap

Come along when six runners share their experiences of the Rock ’n’ Roll Half Marathon in Washington, DC on March 14, 2015. We have a first-time marathoner in the group and many experienced runners. Serena Marie, RD, and I get very detailed in our feedback on the race exhibition, The Running Lifestyle Show meet up, transportation to and from the race, and favorite spots on the course.

Special thank-you to Todd Miller, Liz Miller, and Tom Kreider for joining as at Sushi Rock in Arlington, Virginia. We had a great time getting to know some of the friends of the Running Lifestyle Show and had some of the best sushi ever! What a great night. The “after party” of the dinner was held at Whole Foods in Arlington, VA where Serena and I tried different types of kombucha. We know how to party hard the night before a race. :-)
