269: What’s the Latest and Greatest in Nutrition for Athletes

Serena Marie, RD is back! If you’re not familiar with Serena, she was the go-to dietician for The Running Lifestyle Show (now called The Flourishing Experiment). Serena and I ran multiple marathons together, took on some big goals, fell down a lot, had some big challenges in our lives, and much more while we podcasted together from 2014 to 2019.

Today is Serena’s first time back since The Running Lifestyle Show crossed the finish line in Episode 250. It felt so good to be back “on air” together and talking about nutrition, mindset and goals.
